It is a paid consultation that includes a limited scope with a preliminary review of the financial information you provide, a one-hour consultation call, a recording of that call, and a summary outlining general market ranges and insights. On the call we aim to provide:

A summary reconciliation of a market method.
A market method range
A financial snapshot of earnings and how margins compare to peers
A SVQ Score (if possible)
A qualitative oversight
A range of transactions
A possible profit and, or value gap (if one exists)

Please note, the above deliverables are dependent on what you are able or not able to provide.

3.Limitation of liability

Our total liability is strictly limited to the professional fee paid for this consultation. You agree that this fee constitutes your sole remedy, and you waive any and all other claims for actual, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or third-party claims. If this limitation of liability does not meet your needs or expectations, we recommend seeking services from an alternative provider and not engaging Singleton Valuations LLC for this consultation.

4.Intended use and indemnification

The findings and materials provided during the Valuation Clarity Call are intended solely for your use. If you share, distribute, or allow others to rely on any part of the consultation findings, summary, insights, or recording, and such distribution or reliance results in a claim, demand, or legal action against Singleton Valuations LLC or its personnel, you agree to promptly defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Singleton Valuations LLC, including its agents, employees, and contractors. This includes indemnification for all losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, and expenses—such as reasonable attorney's fees—and payment of any judgment, settlement, or amount awarded against Singleton Valuations LLC arising from such claim.

5.Our guarantees

Satisfaction guarantee

We are committed to delivering meaningful Clarity and value in every valuation call. If by the end of your session you feel that the call did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund before the call concludes. Refund requests must be made during the session to be honored. You must show up to the call and provide the information needed prior to the call for the money back guarantee.

Full roll-over guarantee

If you decide you need a Formal Certified Valuation, we will roll over the cost of the Clarity Call. This is valid for up to one year from the date you purchase the Clarity Call, and is applied to our pricing for a full certified valuation as of the date you decide to move forward with the full valuation.

The roll-over credit is equal to the fee for a Standard Clarity Call as of your purchase date. If you purchased an Expedited or Rushed Clarity Call, the expedited or rush portion of your fee compensates us for prioritized scheduling and turnaround and does not roll over.

1 Year Change Guarantee

If something happens to the business that drastically changes the financials, let us know and we will re-run our calculations and update your Clarity Call free of charge. The updated PDF findings will be sent to you. If you would like an additional call, it may be purchased at a discounted rate against the pricing of our one-off calls at the time of the update. This guarantee is valid for one year from the date you purchase the Clarity Call.
